Before reading on I just wanted to introduce myself…
Before you read on, I think it’s important that I introduced myself. My name is Adam Sicinski. I’m a qualified life coach residing in Australia. I guess in some people’s eyes I’m also somewhat of a “professional” mind mapper; but the jury’s still out as to whether or not mind mapping is an actual profession.
I’ve personally created each mind map that is part of the Lifetime Achiever bundle. Each mind map has been built upon my life coaching work with many clients and upon my personal life experiences. In fact, every map has been meticulously pieced together in the hope that it provides you with the small nuggets of gold you need to overcome your life’s problems and attain your goals. There’s no need to read an endless amount of books when a simple reference poster provides you with a quick overview of the key areas that are of utmost importance to help move you in the right direction.
Before you invest in anything I think it’s important you have the necessary support you need. I want to let you know that I’m here to help guide along this journey. I’m just an email away and I will do my very best to provide you with the support you need to work through each self-growth map most effectively.

Does life feel like a constant battle?
I bet you’re reading this because you’re frustrated, disappointed and maybe even a little angry. Life seems like a constant battle and the years are going by faster then you ever imagined, and what’s worse is that you have very little to show for your efforts.
Internally you might be wondering why you can’t seem to get yourself to take action… why your life is a constant struggle… why things never seem to go your way… why life just doesn’t seem fair… why other people seem to make your life so difficult… why you’re always making the same mistakes time and again… why you’re unable to keep yourself motivated… why problems seem to be holding you back… why in the world you just keep sabotaging yourself… or why you can never catch a break?
Do these kinds of doubts and self-pity questions tend to cross your mind?
Nothing will change unless you change…
Unless you change who you are, you will always have what you’ve always had and nothing more. Likewise, if you keep doing the same things over and over again and expecting different results, than you’re simply wasting your time.
The truth is that you’re not getting any younger, and everyday time and opportunities are passing you by. Your dreams, aspirations and goals are fading away into oblivion as you keep indulging in the same actions and behaviors over and over again — leading to more frustration, disappointment and despair.
Unless you start taking the time “today” to completely restructure and remodel your psychology and approach to life — nothing will ever change. You’ll just keep doing what you’ve been doing up to this point in your life and things will just stay the same. It’s only in the moment when you commit yourself to get better and raise your personal standards that things will start to change for the better — because you’ll be better.
Experiencing people’s struggles firsthand
Several years ago I received my qualifications as a life coach. At the time I was incredibly passionate about personal development and I desperately wanted to find out what separated the highest achievers from everyone else.
For many years I read all the books, attended all the seminars, and listened to all the audio programs. The knowledge I gained was incredible, however I always felt as though there was something missing.
The missing pieces started to come together once I started coaching clients on a regular basis. I realized that people were really struggling; and that helping them work through certain issues and problems often didn’t have a long lasting affect on their results.
The missing pieces started to come together
The more I coached the more it dawned upon me that my clients needed something tangible, something that they could use, reference and refer to on a daily basis that could guide them through the problems and challenges they were facing. They needed a process, a system, or in other words a step-by-step framework that could help guide them down the most optimal path.
The solution came in the form of a mind map
At the time I was experimenting with mind mapping and decided to create a few mind maps that would help my clients overcome some of the challenges they were facing. These mind maps were to be used as reference tools that would help them clarify what they needed to do and focus on to get their desired outcomes.
Shortly after the mind maps became a part of my life coaching practice I noticed that my coaching clients started to get much better results. Not only did they display more confidence with handling their personal problems, but they also became much more resourceful. The mind maps helped my clients expand their perspective and understanding of their life and the circumstances they were dealing with in unexpected ways.
Because of the powerful impact that these original mind maps were having on my coaching clients, I decided that I would create more mind maps about different topic areas that were relevant to my life coaching work. I created mind maps about overcoming limiting habits and beliefs, setting goals, finding ways to motivate yourself, about overcoming obstacles, making better decisions, and many more.
In a very short period of time these mind maps became an indispensable tool within my coaching practice; so-much-so that I felt as though I lost some clients prematurely because the mind maps provided them with far more clarity than they would have received from a single coaching session.
