Hi Ray,

I appreciate the feedback.

These mind maps are used as reference posters. It's very much like a to-do list or checklist that can help you to keep track of the most important things to focus on throughout the day. I could of course just put this information into a checklist, however the mind map allows for better visual recall of the information, making it easier to remember and apply the relevant principles.

I've written out a blog post that walks readers through an IQ Matrix Example. This example explains how to incorporate the principles contained within the mind map into your life.

Mind maps present another way to learn information and retain this knowledge over the long-term. IQ Matrix maps break down each topic by only providing the reader with the most important details about the topic. These are the 20% of things that will help people get 80% of their desired outcomes.

Some people of course will find the maps too busy, and others find them perfectly balanced and appealing. It certainly comes down to personal preference. What's most important is that they present quite a comprehensive overview of the topic that people can refer to throughout the day. It helps people stay focused on the most important things, and that's what makes the biggest difference in the end.

Each IQ Matrix is designed to provide the reader the relevant knowledge they need to become more emotionally intelligent in specific areas of their lives'. This will consequently help them improve their decision-making when faced with emotional challenges and setbacks.

I assume you are talking about Emotional Freedom Technique. Many people have had great results using EFT to help them handle a variety of emotional challenges. It's certainly a process that people can look into to help them better manage their emotions.

Thank you for your valuable comments.

Hi Adam

Firstly , must admit you have some stunning mind maps. Obviously you and your team have put in one heck of a lot of work.

Am a little confused though as to how purchasing a mind map on stress and looking at it would actually shift any stress related issues a person has.

For me, these mind maps are far far too busy - and just looking at the amount of words and colours and images etc etc is not something that I have ( as yet ) got any benefit from.

If I am not careful, just looking at the mind map is enough for me to to think - boy what a complicated subject and where do my eyes go to help me come to grips with this ?

On the contrary, a gentle approach - which is so so simple and very powerful - is the marvellous area of 'tapping' or energy psychology .

We figure that we have to use words and images and diagrams to help people through issues. Well, sometimes I think that is too slow, too cumbersome and not required at all. We seems to get trapped in words and that words can help folks.

One way of the future will definitely be energy psychology - as this can be taught easily and even kids 'get it' and benefit greatly.

Hopefully other folk do benefit from these mind maps - but not this guy.

Cheers - and keep up your great work.
